Create and List 10,000 3D Nfts on Ethereum Blockchain - NFT project from A-Z

i will get straight to the point as i am very strict with working with professional people only and do not like time wasters. I am looking for an NFT artist who can create me 10,000 nfts based on a goat character with hundreds of different traits in the entire collection. Upon completion of the 10k nfts i then want my community to be able to mint the 10,000 nfts on my nft website. once that is done i then want all the nfts to be listed on opensea where the collection will be open for everyone to buy and resell thier nfts. A whole nft project is what i am looking for starting from creating the 10,000 unique nfts and then deploying smart contracts for minting on website etc.. need all work and files hat is carried out for security purposes. also the nft needs to be on a very high end professional level just like the example attached.
