Weight Loss Manuscript Evaluation

I have a 39,285-word nonfiction manuscript (about 100 pages) for my forthcoming book, “The Practical Weight Loss Lifestyle, When Life Happens.” Before moving into final revisions, I need an objective evaluation report that focuses on the big-picture elements rather than line-by-line editing.
Here is what I would like you to address:
• Context: Does the overall message land the way I intend for readers who are struggling to keep weight-loss efforts afloat “when life happens”?
• Flow and transitions: Are the sections sequenced logically, and do chapters move the reader forward without jarring jumps or gaps?
• Clarity and coherence: Where do concepts, anecdotes, or explanations feel muddy, repetitive, or out of sync with the target audience?
Deliverable
