whatsapp webjs small fix

we are using whatsapp webjs https://github.com/pedroslopez/whatsapp-web.js/ via node.js to send and receive whatsapp messages. All attachments like pdf, doc ,images can be sent but we cant send mp3 or any audio /video files even though we can receive all. Your task would be to solve this issue so that we can send audio/video files .
One more fix is for the received numbers we are missing one digits you will need to fix it. So in short you need to do 2 things
1. Enable sending audio /video files
2. Fix full number of sending numbers
