web application email handling task

i want to build a saas platform for email channel as below:
web applicaiton that agents will be using so once the customer send an email it goes to this application email inbox and then the agent can take the email as a task and assign it to him self and reply to the email and when the cusotmer reply it gose to the general inbox and also show a sign to the privte inbox of the agent so that he can again rely other wise any other agent can take it becase it also showed in the general inbox
also we need report to show each agent what emails he handles
back end should be in node.js frontend react.js data base Mongo
we will use any dash board template to speed up the project
