I had problems with payment and project before.
First the work, then the payment.
1. Node js and react software. Mongodb or postgresql
2. Superadmin, admin, personnel roles and permissions.
3. PDF modules.
4. If rewritten, I will give the design ready. ()
5. - There will be 2 panels, Superadmin, admin
6. Is it possible to have a separate database for each member admin?
7. All work to be done will be discussed mutually.
