i need to build function for my website

so need votting for idol but somepart will call api

but some part need to write api

1. register page and function with social register and email registe
2. forgot password page and function
3. payment gateway
4. after topup money token will go in balance via db 5. voting system ( after vote money in balance will go down 1b point)and database
6. show voting score in main page, for every model
7. voting detail page

for payment after user topup money need to call api and check how many token they will got from my api provider,

frontend is vue.js backend i need is node.js
