My video function on my web app doesn't work

I have a web app that generate a video from a canvas and three js 3D plataform. It uploads the images to heroku and then generate a video to be sent to AWS and showed locally. But there is an extrange error:
Error: Error: ffmpeg exited with code 1: Error while opening decoder for input stream #24:0 : Resource temporarily unavailable

This job requires Angularjs, nodejs, mongodb, heroku, and others.
