upgrade website

Hi developers.
frontend was already ready with react js.
I need to get backend side and admin panel to contrl front text/images etx.
I'd like to be nodejs as a backend and mongodb as a DB.
frontend url is http://142.93.241.183/. so you can check.
I need to admin panel and need to control to all text/image/icons on admin panel.
Also I need to get minor fix for frontend and backend side.
so you should be a full stack deeloper.
1. admin should be able to login
2. admin should be able to his dashboard.
3. admin should be able to change all text and image/icons on admin dashboar to display on frontend.
4. admin should be able to chooose recommend size of image/icon
5. admin should be able to fix his header and footer including reChapcher.
