update 3 websites to newer node versions

I have 3 react websites running on node version 14.20.1.
They need to be updated to newer versions, if possible to version 23.

These are the websites:
https://gnossi-wohnig.ch (nextjs)
https://tecfox.ch (create-react-app)
https://kidzplanet.ch (create-react-app)

All of them are hosted on firebase.

The Task includes:
- get all the projects from GitHub
- update to newer node version
- update the packages if needed
- adjust code if needed
- test if everything is working fine
- push code to GitHub
