I'm trying to make the system that calls the API and collects the data on JSON and post it to another API

I'm trying to make a system that calls the API and collects the data on JSON and posts it to another API.

Requirement:
1. The system will run on NodeJS
2. The system can collect multiple JSON objects and post multiple objects to another API at the same time
3. The system will call the first API to check the data on loop interval every 3 minutes and post it to endpoint API #1
if endpoint API #1 responds "error" then post to endpoint API #2
if endpoint API #2 responds "error" then do something...
