I have an application from taxi master company Russian company and it's licensed so I don't have the source code for the application I just have a control panel as a desktop program on my server and all files for it are located in my server, my problem at this time I don't want to use Google map because the price for Api it's so expensive I already put the OSM map in the application but in real time the user says Google map here the problem happens with Geolocation and places and distance matrix so what I think to do to create a new IP and port for osm map and connect it with many API as What3words, MongoDB geolocation, and other things?

is that possible?
