screen recorder app

Project Description:
- I am looking for a developer to create a screen recorder app compatible with Windows.
- The app should have the feature of simple screen recording.
- This app will start automaticly when computer start.
- Computers user can not stop this app.
- We will integrate with voice system. this app should have an api.
- After record, videos will save on server.
- And i need an admin app. when i login admin app, i can see all of recorded videos. Who recorded and when.
- Videos will be smaller size.

Admin app will be
react- frontend
backend will be nodejs.
db is postgreSQL
