Project Description (Software Requirement Context)
The proposed Building Management Software (Smartility) shall be a cloud-based, AI-enabled Integrated Facility Management (IFM) platform to be developed for Integra Facility Management. The system shall digitize, standardize, and streamline end-to-end facility operations across multiple clients and sites through a centralized and scalable technology platform.
The application shall integrate core operational areas including manpower management, asset lifecycle tracking, vendor management, procurement, compliance monitoring, and client engagement into a unified ecosystem. It shall cater to multiple stakeholders such as on-site teams, clients, back-office staff, and vendors, enabling real-time visibility, improved operational control, and data-driven decision-making.
The platform shall include key modules such as employee management, Client & Project Management, Attendance Management with face recognition, Helpdesk & Ticketing System, Preventive Maintenance (PPM), QR-based Asset Management, Compliance Dashboard, and workflow-driven Project & Task Management.
The solution shall be developed as a web and mobile application with a modular, scalable, and API-first architecture, supporting multi-site and multi-client operations. The system shall be capable of scaling to 100+ clients and thousands of users while ensuring high performance and reliability.
The platform shall improve SLA adherence, enhance transparency, minimize operational inefficiencies and leakages, and optimize overall costs, while delivering a superior and measurable client experience.
We are expecting the project to be developed in phased manner, also commercial proposal can be shared. Please refer attachment for more details. We can also walk through our exiting software DEMO. We have been using this for the past 8 years. We would like to have a similar software functionalities, but to be started from Scratch....!
