node js for blockchain

I am looking for a node.js expert to help with a blockchain project. I have some prior experience with node.js but I need a specialist. In particular, I am looking for full-stack development. I have already determined that Node.js is the best choice of framework for this project, so I need a good developer with Node.js experience. You should be able to successfully build out a custom blockchain using Node.js, and understand how all the components work together. My team will be available to assist, but the main responsibility will lie with you. I do not need any help regarding the server setup and configuration, so the chosen Freelancer will only be concern with developing the project.
