I need a 3rd Developer ( NODE & REACT )
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I've built a desktop app over the last 3 years with (2 developers) Now our company has 100+ customer and 200+ users on the app.
One thing I'm having an issue with, these developers are not always available, and it's hard for me to continue work without them. It's also a little scary not knowing if my business is truly secure from one of the devs making some radical decision at any moment.
I need to secure things more, and have the option to work with anyone who's ready to work, in a clean way.
I am looking for someone who will be my personal employee, I can pay you $250 per week, starting.
But I will not start contact with you, or consider making any payment, until you have proven to be valuable and consistent, daily.
This is not some hobby project, side gig, on freelancer.
I have a real business, with a lot of customer, and users.
I am not a developer myself, but I have a lot of knowledge about my project.
