I am looking for a skilled/intermediate MERN developer to help me with a web app development project. The specific technologies required for this project include MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
The main functionality or requirement of the project is to develop a web app.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- Experience with web app development

Responsibilities:
Work with the team to develop a MERN web app.
Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Optimize webpage performance, reliability and speed.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver high-quality software products.
Proficient in frontend development with ReactJS, or backend development with NodeJS, of latest practices and designs is an advantage.
Experience for mid-scale/commercial platform MERN project is a big plus.
Familiarity with development operations, such as AWS, is a big plus.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
