I am looking for a react developer with experience in node JS for building a web app

The app is like a marketplace for brokers and will have to strictly follow user stories and Designs for the screen. I will need daily updates and weekly demo on functionalities (Not Video). I will provide the User stories and UI screens only after I shortlist you. Additionally, my budget is limited as this is a quick POC with minimal features.
