How to work this bot?
our bot watch all transactions for all tokens.
and If every transactions triggered within 7 seconds and triggered 5 times continuesely, it will send message to the telegram bot.(telegram group).
Now this project works mostly perfect. but sometimes, it didn't send message even if the conditions are matched.
I think the reason is api delay time and some unexpected errors.
but I am not sure.
