issue with the api

Current Flow:
I have a TS script that currently runs from a command line.
Command → node generate_giftcard_keys.js 1 10
It generates a code e.g. ( SLMN-ABCD-EFAD ) and saves it in a Notepad file.
To do:
I have this UI ( Gift Card Generator ) that has two select options just like the command has two numeric parameters and when the user presses the “Generate and Download button”. Upon pressing the button same function should be executed directly/indirectly. i.e., It opens will do the 2 Factor Authentication and then it will call the API/Socket that will generate a CSV file (same that is being done right now from the command line in the form of notepad).
Also, this API is restricted to specific roles ( SuperAdmin & Admin).
I tried some solutions but could not find something working. I need an expert who solves it without wasting my time. access will be given through jumpdesk. budget is also fixed: $20. I will contact only those who will place a bid of $20.67.
