ioredis for node.js cluster

I currently have a node.js project that has redis setup for everyone to connect to one server. I would like to use ioredis to connect to many users on the network, in order to make sure the network never goes down. I require the following:
1) Set up ioredis to allow the cluster setup.
2) Provide me how to set this up for other users who join the network.
3) Show your proof that your code works, either by video or some other means.
Please do not ask what my budget is as it clearly posted in the range for the project. To ensure that you have read the entire job please say "Hi, I got this" in the beginning of your bid.
