Co-founder MERN Stack CTO

We are seeking an experienced technical co-founder to help build and manage our new Salesine startup. You'll be playing a pivotal role in designing, developing, and managing a tech-driven SaaS product. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth startup.


Please note that this is an equity-based position and NO salary will be provided. We do NOT expect you to leave your current job. As a Co-founder & CTO, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product, working closely with the Founder & the product team to build and launch new features, ensuring uptime and security, and evangelizing deep tech in the ecosystem. You are expected to be fully hands-on and capable of shipping products independently. You will initially work independently with the founder and later build an in-house tech team.


Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions
- Analyze architecture requirements
- Liaise with the product, NPI, and engineering teams
- Design and build the database, API, and back-end
- Lead the technical roadmap
- Manage the engineering team


Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of software engineering experience
- Through an understanding of Python, NodeJS, AWS, and associated frameworks
- Hands-on experience developing web applications with Javascript and React JS
- Proficient in building APIs and database architectures
-Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in building and deploying high-performance, secure and scalable solutions


Note:
Salary - Only after we launch & make a profit on our new product OR if we raise funds during the process. You don't have to leave your current job.
Equity - 0.5% to 3%
