fetch data from json url and post in fb groups, fb app already created

i have a fb app where i can post in fb page and groups using a php script, bus i havent developed this, now i am looking a method to fetch information of json url and post that information in 6 fb groups and 1 fb page, also should have delay for each post and this will upload a picture with the content
script should be in nodejs
