2 efficient, quick developers needed to build freelance marketplace platform. -- 2

Hello! We're looking for an experienced developer who can join our team and assist in building a freelancer marketplace for us (similar to Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc).
Ideally, we're looking for somebody to join on a fixed FLAT-RATE, WEEKLY salary. Pay is $100/week, and we expect to see a functioning demo within 30 days, at most. The dev site will need to be hosted online so that we can monitor progress.This site seems to be filled with scammers lately, so please don't bother applying unless you'll be able to work rapidly and confirm your progress regularly.

We've actually got a concept/full site built out in Wordpress, and we'd like to rebuilt on something more lightweight (safer, easier to navigate, scalable, etc). All you're doing is recreating the WP site, in a MERN stack.
We have the UI in figma. It is currently being finished.
It is imperative that the developers who work on this project be quick and efficient. Time is of the essence and we've got a very, very tight deadline. Please do not apply if you will have trouble working efficiently.
Must be available for regular calls as needed, and must be able to start ASAP.
