We need to see your quote on developing this website -> same functionality, same backend but with this new design. This is your task. No design. No UI/UX. Just coding. Same old features, new website on a new domain.
Our website is currently built in react.js which is not good for SEO. Please make a proposal how to solve this. The backend runs on node.js typescript and uses rest API endpoints for every button on the page so you will have to connect a lot of buttons. Mobile comes first, desktop web is 2nd but also needed.
Our difficulty is mainly the juniority of our react homepage: the structure of the frontend is the most important, if you want to make our frontend, we need to have some tech infos from you first. There is the tech part of it, like how the frontend issues the api calls to backend, how the data is encoded/decoded, structured. I would like to have a generic-enough tech skeleton where we can apply new design if necessary (like whitelabeling) and it is easy to add new pages, features. But all core functionality, like connection to Backend, data processing, representations, storage etc have a nice “single point of truth” tech solution.
Tell us: How you would like to build up the frontend structure. We must see the clean coding principle, never mind what framework you use. In our homepage our big problem is dirty coding and that the “single point of truth” principle is violated everywhere. You must do better than that. Will you be able to? Convince us!
No wordpress etc. Only real experienced developers please. We will need to see a CV with university degrees and a repository like github or other work samples to evaluate your coding skills. We have plenty of projects so there will be ongoing tasks afterwards. Take this as your application to work with us long term.
We are happy if you are a senior developer. You can work together with out extremely senior back end developer, our tech lead. You will learn a lot on this project. So when you pitch here let us know if you are super senior: 10+ years experience. No juniority. We want to get this done quickly, not weeks, a few days.
