Re-develope frontend Nextjs (Dynamic)

Hello,
This is our current website http://arabiatalents.com/ built on Nextjs Frontend, with custom backend dashboard.
We would like to re-do the frontend (new design) and apply the necessary changes and new features on dashboard to fully control and dynamic website and improve the workflow.
Currently, we are hosting on Vercel, and using firebase!
We would like to move everything to AWS host.
