E-commerce for Health product in React.js and Node.js

I am looking for an experienced web developer to help build an e-commerce platform. Specifically, I need the platform to be created in React.js frontend and Node.js or Laravel backend, and I’d like to incorporate a shopping cart feature. Additionally, I am open to potentially working with a pre-existing payment gateway, so I am looking for someone who can provide honest advice on what would be best and take into account the scalability and performance of the system. Finally, I want the platform to be mobile-friendly, so that customers can access it from any device. It need to be multi-language in English/Thai. I also need chat feature with admin. I also need content to be in AWS storage and point to the site to avoid heavy. In the backend need SEO for every products that can be on google.
