cPanel Apache 2 config for https proxy to node.js

I have a GoDaddy host running cPanel with Apache 2.4.x for https services. We have a wildcard SSL cert for our domain. We want several https services differentiated solely by the virtual host name, all of them running on port 443. The virtual host configuration will proxy requests to a node.js app.
