build file storage app

I am looking to build a file storage app that requires a graphical user interface. I have chosen the technology mern for this project due to its scalability and its ability to work with databases. The file storage app should be able to store a variety of different files, including text files, PDFs, and images of all sizes. I will need a developer to build the app from the ground up, from UI tests and development to the actual datastore implementation.
