Write Strong Backend User Story for web app (Software Documentation)

I need an expert developer to write strong software documentation for our web app that we need to develop.
It is used for 2 things:
A) First backend developer and me, will know exactly what to develop and how
B) Future developers will have a documentation to rely on and update
the web app is 90% based on API calls and queries and 10% is about web app structure making.
front end is Vue.js backend Language needs to be JS with framework Node.js
