WhatsApp Appointment & Communication System Developer
We are seeking a skilled software developer or development team to build a WhatsApp-based Appointment & Communication System for a hospital.
The system must allow patients who click Facebook ads OR scan a QR code to be redirected instantly to WhatsApp and book appointments easily—without calling or visiting the hospital.
Project Overview
The goal is to digitize hospital appointments using WhatsApp, the most widely used communication platform among patients in Somalia.
What the System Will Do
• Automatically book hospital appointments via WhatsApp
• Send confirmation and reminder messages
• Answer frequently asked questions (FAQs)
• Work on basic smartphones and web
Patient Entry Points (VERY IMPORTANT)
Patients must be able to access the system through:
1️⃣ Facebook Ads (Click-to-WhatsApp)
2️⃣ QR Codes (on posters, receipts, banners, hospital entrances)
Flow:
• Patient clicks Facebook Ad OR scans QR code
• WhatsApp opens instantly
• Chatbot starts automatically
• Patient books appointment step-by-step
