1. WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API only, not 360dialog / Twilio) – for sending/receiving messages.
2. OpenAI ChatGPT API – for intelligent conversation & natural language understanding.
3. A backend system (with database) to manage customer information & service bookings.

Customer Registration Flow: Data Collect & store

View all bookings
Export data (CSV/Excel)
Option to update booking status
Conversation Handling:
Within 24h conversation window (Meta rules)
Multi-turn conversation (bot should remember context)
AI-assisted responses with fallback to predefined templates
Notifications:
Customer should get booking confirmation on WhatsApp
Admin should get a notification (email/WhatsApp/API)
Technical Requirements:
Use Meta Cloud API (not Twilio/360dialog) → direct integration.
Use ChatGPT API for intelligent replies.
Backend with Node.js / Python / PHP + Database.
Deployment in cloud hosting in HOSTINGER.
Developer Skills Needed:
WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) integration experience.
