WhatsApp Receptionist Bot Setup

Hello,

I’m looking for an experienced developer who can help me build a WhatsApp Business bot + call agent that I plan to offer commercially in Antwerp. I want to learn step by step how to build and manage this system so I can serve clients myself later on.

The bot should include the following features:
1. Appointment Management
• Clients can book, reschedule, or cancel appointments via WhatsApp.
• Integration with Google Calendar / Outlook so appointments are automatically added.
• Automatic reminders (T-24h, T-2h).
2. Invoicing & Payments
• Automatically generate invoices (PDF).
• Send invoices via WhatsApp and email.
• Integration with Payconiq API (or Stripe/Mollie) so clients can pay directly.
• Webhook to update payment status (success/failed/expired).
3. Call Agent
• Handle incoming calls automatically (using Twilio or similar).
• Simple IVR menus (make appointment, reschedule, get info, payment).
• Reuse the same backend logic as WhatsApp.
4. Reporting & Dashboard
• Overview of revenue, no-shows, and payment statuses.
• Automatic weekly/monthly reports (PDF/Excel) for the business owner.
5. Extra Features
• FAQ module (automatically answer common questions).
• Multi-language support (NL/FR/EN).
• GDPR-compliant and secure customer data handling.

Important:
• I want to learn how this works. Not just the final product, but also the code, the architecture, and how to expand it.
• Preferred stack: Node.js/TypeScript (or your suggestion), with Postgres/Redis/Docker.
• I’m looking for someone who is good at teaching: you build together with me, explain each step clearly, and help me understand how to roll this out for clients.

Goal:
I want to launch this bot in Antwerp, starting with niches like hair salons, dentists, and garages, then expand to dozens of other sectors.
