We have two weeks to deliver and start testing and fixing bugs in another week.
We started the project and we are 50% complete.
This site is for creating and managing a company's internal rules.
1 : The system has a screen with a text editor , it creates a text with formatting.
2: each user who edits the text, we have a version recorded (similar to github, showing the changes)
3: on the normative page, we have a workflow area, where you create a rule that needs to be completed by other users. Example: STEP 1: Creating the text
STEP 2: Approval of the summoned users
STEP 3: Some rule created...
STEP 4: FINAL APPROVAL
4: This text needs to have categories, tags
5: This text page has a comment and comment response area
6: Document attachments in the text page and attachments in the page workflow.
7: Searches by documents, searches by texts, advanced searches by type and filters
8: When the user creates a regulation ( text ), the system will compare this internal regulation with a list of external regulations, comparing tags, categories and indicating if there are conflicts.
