Web based application for appointment scheduling based on a design document

I am looking for a web developer to create an appointment scheduling application based on a design document. The ideal technology stack for this project would be JavaScript/Node.js. I am seeking a minimalist user interface design. Additionally, I require payment integration for the appointment scheduling system. Experience with calendar sync (Google, Outlook, etc.) and SMS/email notifications is a plus.
