Web animation for membership math game website

Hello, I am repeating this bid because many freelancers mistake my requirement.
I have a membership math game website with reactjs frontend supported by nodejs backend and database mongodb. A video of my website game attached mywebsite.mp4
Currently, this web has no animation .look at video 0:10 - 0:19 & 1:34 - 1:43
I need a world map web animation of duration of a max of 25 seconds integrated to my WEBSITE (attached a video) .this integration should start working as user (mongdb) clicks PLAY PUBLICLY BUTTON. With the display of the map, the user’s card will appear at the bottom left corner of the map. The card will contain name and country flag (from my mongodb). Other users clicking their buttons , their cards will pop up from their respective locations. The cards will appear next to the original user
This animation will function until all five users join by clicking or end of 25 seconds, whichever comes first. Then the game will start. I will share a sample showing the model of a map. My website video : button clicked 0:10 0:19 all 5 users join, so animation is for 9 seconds
