Web admin panel using NodeJS/Express

I am looking for a skilled NodeJS/Express developer to create a web admin panel. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
- Content Management: The admin panel should have the ability to manage content.
- MySQL: The preferred database system for the project is MySQL.
- Design: While I do not have a specific design in mind, I prefer a particular style that I would like the developer to follow.
