Web Developer needed for Long Term employment

Hello we are looking to invest in an individual to join our company the right candidate will be in search of a long term position.
Our application has been in production for over 10 years and is in the process of a conversion from php legacy zend framework 1 to react Fuse Template and C# .net.
Some development has taken place using node js that will also need to be converted or managed during this process.
We are looking for a developer who has expert level experience in the following.
React js
.Net
MVC
c#
Node js
and most important AWS Lambda
If have time and do not mind working in Eastern standard Time UTC -4 time range please apply for the position.
Hourly rate will be based on your PC specs, experience, skills, professionalism, and communication abilities.
