Web-Based ID Verification Flow

I need a secure and user-friendly web-based flow for identity verification using live camera access. The system should be able to redirect users from both websites and mobile apps to our verification page.

Key Features:
- Dynamic guides to help users align their ID and face within on-screen frames.
- Capture a secure ID image and record a short video (between -5 to +3 seconds) once face alignment is achieved.
- Display a "Pending" status with a live camera feed; prompt users to stay on screen.
- Monitor and track concurrent users; display a delay notice if system load is high.
- Securely store ID images, videos, and temporary camera feed URLs in a database.

Requirements:
- Experience with WebRTC / MediaStream API
- Proficient in FastAPI or Node.js (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, such as React or Vue
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
- Skills in authentication, file storage, and basic infrastructure security

- Strong understanding of real-time video processing and user interface design
- Prior experience building secure identity verification systems
