Web-Based Bingo App Development

I am on the lookout for a proficient web app developer who can build a robust and interactive online bingo application. This application should have the following attributes:
- User Registration and Login: The application must include a secure user registration and login functionality.
- Reward System: To heighten user engagement, there must be an enthralling rewards system. Users should earn badges for accomplishments and obtain points whenever they win a game.
- This is not a gambling site. There are no betting and no requirement to purchaseel anything to play unlimited bingo games. Secured payment processing is not needed since the player is not required to pay to play bingo. It is a free bingo app.
- Each player are given 3 bingo cards and the 3 cards are automatically marked/daubed with red circle by the web app (maybe thru js and/or dom manipulation) as the bingo numbers are called, the
Bingo button is gray initially and only turns green or red when any of the 3 bingo card becomes eligible for bingo (completes the bingo pattern required). First player to press bingo button wins.
While not a requirement, previous experience creating a bingo web app and familiarity with game and community features would be a terrific advantage. I'm anticipating a professional who has excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a compelling, user-friendly interface.
