I'm looking for a skilled web developer to create a full-fledged web application using React for the frontend and Node for the backend. 5 Milestone. Each milestone is €300. Total cost of the project is €1.5k

Apply minor corrections to the front-end of the website as needed.
Ensure the front-end is user-friendly and visually optimized for travelers.
Hotel Data Visibility:
Move the 953 hotel data stored on www.LuxuryHotelsMagazines.com to be visible on the front end www.LuxuryHotelsPlatform.com Adjust all hotels to a new layout containing all info from the previous website, including:
Google integration with maps.
Display other hotels on the map that are contained in our system.
Show top interests and distances to them from each hotel.
Show transportation options and distances.
Milestone 2.
2nd Milestone:
News Section:
Create two distinct news categories:
Travel News (for hotels).
Latest News (for any other business).
Both hotels and businesses can post news in their respective sections through a one-time payment (no registration required).
News should remain on the platform for two months unless posted by an admin, in which case it will stay permanently.
News will be automatically deleted after two months unless reposted or adjusted by an admin.
News Posting Rules & Payment Integration:
Introduce a system where users can post news only after full payment is received.
Integrate payment gateways to handle one-off payments for news postings.
Ensure the system can log details about the poster (full name, email, and payment method) and track how much was paid.
Admins should be able to edit, delete, or adjust any news post from the admin panel.
AI Integration for News Posting:
Implement AI to automatically generate travel or business news based on user input or trends.
Integrate content moderation features that scan for inappropriate or incorrect words, suggest corrections, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
AI should retrieve relevant images from Go~ogle or the poster’s website to accompany the news post.
Statistics & Reporting:
Gather the following statistics for each news post:
Number of views.
Number of website redirections to the poster (hotel/business).
Number of likes.
Number of video views (if applicable).
After two months (or when the news expires), automatically send a stats report to the poster, including:
All the statistics collected.
A reminder about the opportunity to post new news.
These reports should be generated and delivered automatically by AI.
Admin Panel Enhancements:
Admins should have access to full control over news posts (edit, delete, adjust).
View all poster details (full name, email, payment method, amount paid).
Access complete performance statistics for each post.
Monitor and track news performance through an AI-powered dashboard with real-time insights.
AI-Powered News Promotion:
The AI should promote posted news to the worldwide web for maximum exposure across multiple channels and platforms.
The AI should identify relevant platforms and automatically promote the news, increasing visibility.
Automated Newsletters (Every 10 Days):
Set up an automated newsletter sent every 10 days to all subscribers (hotels, businesses, travelers, individual subscribers).
The newsletter must feature Travel News, Latest News, newly listed hotels (admin or paid listings).
AI should ensure the newsletter is properly formatted and tailored to each subscriber group.
Hotel Nomination Newsletter (Monthly):
Create a separate newsletter template for hotel nominations, sent out once per month.
AI should handle content generation and ensure it is sent out on time every month.
3rd Milestone:
Hotel Dashboard Improvements with AI and Payment Integration:
Integrate AI services to automate the hotel profile setup process. The AI should allow hoteliers to:
Automatically collect data regarding the hotel’s location.
Automatically upload photographs from their website or Google.
Display nearby hotels (limited to those listed on our platform).
Show top attractions near the hotel with distances.
Show metro and train stations with distances.
Show nearby airports and distances.
Add all available worldwide payment methods.
Automate this process so a hotelier can create a hotel profile in 5 minutes or less.
4th Milestone:
Admin Panel Development:
Develop a comprehensive admin panel with the following capabilities:
Full control over all pages: The admin must be able to edit, delete, and adjust any page of the website, including changing titles, text, images, placeholders, etc.
Hotel listings management: Admins must be able to access and modify any hotel listing, regardless of whether it was posted by a hotel or an admin. This includes editing the details, correcting inaccuracies, and making adjustments as needed.
AI text correction: Integrate AI to automatically correct and generate text for hotel listings, if necessary, to ensure consistency and professional-quality descriptions across the platform.

AI Services Testing:
Thoroughly test all AI features listed in the scope of work, ensuring everything functions perfectly. This includes:
AI-generated newsletters.
Automatic notifications and reminders for hotels (messages, updates, etc.).
Any other AI-driven features outlined in the scope of work.
Mobile Optimization:
Optimize the website for all Android and iOS devices.
Ensure that the website is responsive and performs seamlessly across all screen sizes and devices.
