Web Application - Certificate Approval

User can create new certificate and created certificate can be printed or save as PDF.
PDF should have QR code and can be verify by Scanning QR code.

AUTH
-There must be two different types of approval.
-The first is standard login with username/email and password. This is the default method.
- Also Google Authentic should be available

Main Admin Dashboard, User Registration, User Dashboards, Certificate create pages.
Preferred premium VueJS front end template will be used
