Web App Updates/Maintenance (email issues)

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with some web app maintenance related to an email feedback form and email recovery function on myHelloHello.com. The web app has been operating for a couple of years. Set-up: backend is hosted on Heroku (and supported by a postgre database), front end on Netlify, code on Github, and static files in an AWS A3 bucket.
