Web App Updates/Maintenance

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with some web app maintenance and updates for myHelloHello.com. It has been operating for a couple of years, but it recently started having issues - search function, registration, account recovery, and sign-in are all broken, which likely means some libraries need to be updated. I also want the web view switched to a desk top view ONLY, since the web responsiveness is not complete. Backend is hosted on Heroku and front end on Netlify. Code on Github.
