Vulnerability Assessment White Label Web Application Development (Dashboard)-React+Node.js

This project is to re-skin/whitelabel a vulnerability assessment platform that consists of more than 20 pages which consists of dashboard for both end-users and administrator (Admin Panel). Both dashboards will consists of real time information and charts based on the activities performed by end-users. End-users must be able to run the vulnerability assessment via dashboard and manage the settings via dashboard. Administrator must be able to control the subscription package, user/client subscription, user access control and billing via Admin Panel
There will be around 20 API functions.
Design mock up will be provided by us.
Must be integrated with Payment Gateway.

Backend-Node.js
Front End-React
DB Technology-MongoDB and/or MySQL
Source Control: Git
Timeline required : max 3 months after receive all tested and confirmed technical materials. Preference to have developers only from Asia (ASEAN countries would be preferred) as we are on the GMT+8 Timezone.
