VoiceFlow Expert, NodeJS API Integration is Plus -- 2

I need someone who is an expert in voiceflow and API integration.
-Input from customer: Text
-Output from voiceflow: Text

There are a few fixed questions that voiceflow should ask.
-Whenever customer sends Hello first message, voice flow should ask name, email, phonenumber.
Once voiceflow captures those, then customer can ask his question and voiceflow can answer.

1.Step 1
Setup this flow in voiceflow.

2.Step 2 (nice to have)
Create node.js project and integrate API for this. (no need UI)


Please reply with the estimated timelin for step1 and step2.
I will check the messages that start with "I know voiceflow" first.
