AI Video Generator Script

I need a developer who can quickly build a script or lightweight application that automatically generates short-form AI videos and performs basic edits in the same workflow. Core features must include:

• Automatic video generation from text or prompts (any reliable AI video engine or API is fine—Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
• Built-in editing options for trimming, splicing, adding subtitles, and simple visual effects so the video is publish-ready without leaving the tool.
• Simple UI or command-line usage—whichever lets me create and edit multiple clips per day with minimal clicks.
• Output in standard HD or higher so I can post directly to YouTube, social channels, and my website.
