Urgent Requirement for Microservices in node Js

I need a microservices developer with experience in node Js to help me build a scalable system from scratch. The main purpose of the microservices is scalability, and the preferred communication method between them is HTTP/REST. I don't have any existing code or documentation to work with, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable starting from scratch.
