Update/rewrite v0idp/mellow to nodejs17+discordjs13 + a few features

I am looking for someone to rewrite v0idp/mellow to utilize nodejs17 and discordjs13.
Also looking for a couple of additional features:
multiple category support(like requestrr) that goes to different sonarr/radarr servers.
Requirements:
Any used source code from an open source project should be rewritten enough to cover copyright.
All source code needs to be briefly documented and properly formatted.
All libraries need to be current versions.
