Update CSV data with OpenAI API - NodeJS

Deliverable:
NodeJS tool that accepts a CSV file and returns a new composite CSV with added OpenAI data.
Description:
Update a CSV file with data received by OpenAI.
1. User uploads a CSV. The 'subject' column in the CSV provides the user input for the OpenAI prompt.
2. Send/Receive data by OpenAI and update 3 columns based on the prompt response.
3. New CSV with added data is generated for user.
4. Download the new CSV.
Remarks:
- Should be a standalone NodeJS or NextJS app that can be deployed. In our case DigitalOcean App Platform.
- Open AI prompt is provided (after acceptance), experience on improving the prompt are a plus.
- Example CSV provided (after acceptance).
- API Key for testing provided (after acceptance).
