UPDATE REACT WEB DEPENDANCIES AND DEPLOY TO FIREBASE

I am currently using OLD react for my web project and need some help updating my React web dependencies and deploying the project to Firebase. I understand that it will require a build before deploying, so I would like someone who is capable of completing that build and helping get my project up and running. No additional changes will be needed once deployed to Firebase.
